Author Responsibilities

Author Responsibilities

Authors must ensure their manuscript is original, ethical, and prepared according to JCARM’s guidelines. All listed authors should have contributed significantly, approved the final version, and disclosed any conflicts of interest or funding sources. Ethical approval is required for human/animal research, and data should be accurately reported.

  • Originality: The work must be original and not submitted or published elsewhere.
  • Authorship: Only qualified contributors are listed as authors; all authors approve the submission.
  • Plagiarism: The manuscript must be plagiarism-free; we use similarity checks (e.g., Turnitin).
  • Disclosure: Disclose funding and any conflicts of interest related to the study.
  • Ethics: Obtain and mention ethics approval for any human or animal research.
  • Data: Provide accurate data and indicate availability per journal policy (no specific repository requirement found).
  • Revisions: Respond promptly to editorial feedback and revise the manuscript as requested.
  • Funding & Acknowledgments: Cite all sources of funding and acknowledge non-author contributions.
  • Copyright & License: Authors retain copyright and publish under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, granting JCARM exclusive publication rights.
  • ORCID: Authors are encouraged to provide ORCID IDs (if available) for identification (not specified on site).
  • Contact: Provide valid affiliation and contact details for the corresponding author.

Violations of these responsibilities (e.g., plagiarism or undisclosed conflicts) can result in rejection or retraction. JCARM adheres to ethical standards and will issue corrections or retractions if misconduct is found.
